CSCA Priorities
1. Protect retail cannabis in Colorado Springs and the tax revenue that it generates for public safety programs, mental health services, and post-traumatic stress disorder treatment programs for veterans.
2. Promote responsible, fair regulation for Colorado Springs cannabis businesses.
3. Minimize or eliminate the illegal cannabis market in the Pikes Peak region through the regulation of a competitive adult use cannabis marketplace.
